Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has urged All Progressives Congress (APC) members to unite, reconcile aggrieved members and intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Yahaya spoke during the inauguration of the party’s State Advisory and Campaign Councils in Gombe, charging members to work for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu and victory for other APC candidates.
He said unity, dialogue and collective responsibility were essential to the party’s preparations for the presidential, governorship, National Assembly and state assembly elections.
“Insha Allah, we shall work hard to ensure that we deliver APC in Gombe State,” the governor declared, insisting that personal differences must not undermine the party’s electoral ambitions.
Yahaya urged members to highlight federal projects and interventions in the state, including the Gombe–Biu Superhighway, the Agro-Livestock Development Zone and the Federal Medical Centre, Kumo.
He described the projects as evidence of the Tinubu administration’s support for Gombe, urging party members to engage voters on the government’s programmes and achievements.
Earlier, the APC state chairman described the newly inaugurated councils as a “victory machine” for the party’s 2027 campaigns.
Gwamna, in his remarks, pledged commitment to the party’s mobilisation drive and called for efforts to secure one million votes for the Tinubu-Shettima ticket in Gombe State.
The inauguration forms part of the APC’s preparations to strengthen its structures and mobilise support ahead of the 2027 general elections.
