Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has launched a television campaign series to showcase the achievements of President Bola Tinubu’s administration in the aviation sector ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

The series, titled Tinubu Aviation Revolution Series, is designed to highlight the administration’s record in the sector and present it to voters as part of the campaign for Tinubu’s re-election.

The Minister’s Special Adviser on Media and Communications, Tunde Moshood, disclosed this in a statement, describing the initiative as one of Keyamo’s first campaign communication interventions since his appointment as Director of the Directorate of Air Transport Mobilisation under the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council.

According to the statement, the directorate is responsible for coordinating and facilitating air transportation for authorised campaign activities in support of Tinubu’s re-election bid.

It said Keyamo had swiftly mobilised his team to produce a 30-second television campaign material, scheduled to begin airing on November 1, 2026, across major television stations.

The statement added that the broadcasts would continue until a few days before the presidential election, noting that the campaign material had been fully paid for.

Explaining the objective of the series, the statement said: “The Tinubu Aviation Revolution Series is scripted to present a concise, compelling and accessible account of the aviation sector’s transformation under the Tinubu administration.

“Through the short-format television production, the campaign seeks to bring the government’s aviation record directly to the voting public, highlighting the sector’s progress and its contribution to national development.”

It said the campaign would draw attention to aviation’s role in driving economic growth, tourism, trade, investment and international connectivity.

The statement added that the initiative was intended to highlight the sector’s contribution to the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda and encourage public assessment of its performance.

“The launch of the Tinubu Aviation Revolution Series signals the beginning of a focused campaign as the APC prepares for the 2027 general elections,” it said.
